RIGHT OF REVOCATION

OBSERVANCE OF THE TIME LIMIT
In order to comply with the 14-day period, it is sufficient if you send us your notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the end of the period. CONSEQUENCES OF THE REVOCATIONIf you exercise your right of withdrawal, we must refund the payment we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay, but no later than within fourteen days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal from this contract. The repayment will be made via the means of payment selected by you, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

RIGHT OF RETENTION
We reserve the right to refuse repayment until we have received the goods. This does not apply if you can provide proof that you have returned the goods. The refund will be based on the earlier of either receipt of the goods or proof thereof.

RETURN OF THE GOODS
After you have informed us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest. We ship worldwide. However, we cannot ship to some countries for various reasons. You can see if your country can be shipped from a store in the shopping cart when you calculate the shipping costs for one or more items or in the store exit when you enter your address. If your country does not appear in the list, you can cancel your order at any time.

ORDERS, PRICES AND RESERVATION OF TITLE
With your order you declare bindingly to want to purchase the respective goods.Your order is subject to the actual and timely availability of goods. In case of unavailability of the goods you will be informed by us immediately. We will refund any consideration already received.When shipping to countries of the European Union, the statutory VAT of 19% is included in the prices displayed in the online store. For orders from non-EU countries, the displayed price is the final price.All goods remain our property until full payment. All offers are subject to change.

PRODUCT REPRESENTATIONS AND DESCRIPTIONS
Despite great care in the preparation of item descriptions and product representations, we can unfortunately not guarantee that these descriptions and images are correct, complete and without error. Especially with regard to the color accuracy of product representations, there may be differences between the screen representation and the actual product due to technical reasons.

LIABILITY / WARRANTY RIGHTS
With an injury of the life, the body or the health, which are based on a deliberate or roughly negligent obligation injury by the FORWARD Shop GbR or a deliberate or negligent obligation injury of one of its legal representatives or executing aides, clings the FORWARD Shop GbR after the legal regulations. For other damages the following applies:

a) For damages, which are based on the injury of substantial contract obligations due to simple negligence of the FORWARD Shop GbR, the legal representatives or executing aides of the FORWARD Shop GbR, the adhesion of the FORWARD Shop GbR is limited to the foreseeable contract-typical damage up to at the most the value of the delivery article.

b) Claims for damages against the FORWARD Shop GbR for other damages due to the injury of Nebenpflichten or not substantial obligations are impossible in the case of simple negligence.The preceding liability exclusions or limitations do not apply, if the FORWARD Shop GbR fraudulently concealed a lack or took over a written warranty for a certain condition. The regulations of the product liability law remain untouched.



DATA ENTRY 

By sending your order, you confirm the accuracy of your personal data entered in the shopping process. In the event of incorrect information, we reserve the right to pass on to you any additional costs incurred by us as a result (e.g. additional shipping costs). In case of intentionally false information (e.g. fun orders) we expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the originator of such an order.

APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
All disagreements and legal disputes arising in connection with the business relationship shall be governed exclusively by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In the event that you do not have a domicile or habitual residence in Germany at the time of filing suit, or if this is not known to us and/or you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB), Hanover is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.

SEVERABILITY CLAUSELF
individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Sale and/or of the contract supplemented by them are or become invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected thereby and the contract and these General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Sale shall otherwise remain valid for both parties.
